We're happily based in Montréal, Canada.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER?
As soon as you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming the order along with an order number.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
As we start processing your order straight away it is not possible to cancel the order once placed. if you have changed your mind and do not want the item please follow our Returns Policy.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We will need to receive you return within 14 days from the date you received the order. If a return is received after this date then a refund will not be processed. The same rules apply to Domestic Canada order & International orders.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY REFUND?
Your refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date we receive the return. You'll receive an email notification letting you know once it has been processed.
DO I GET MY SHIPPING FEE BACK WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Unfortunately as per our Returns Policy we only refunds the amount you paid for the product. Shipping fee as non-refundable
