Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are easy, simple and instant if applicable. The refunds are on:-

*Damaged goods from our side
*If the item delivered does not match the design, size or color of the order

The Refund is in the full amount of the purchase price.

 

Returns
If you aren't happy with your products we will take them back within the first 14 days. Please write us at info@kokonut.ca and we will explain to you the steps to send it back.

 

Additional non-returnable items
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded and returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
