• HOW TO LOVE YOUR KOKONUT BIKINI 
• DO rinse immediately after use. Chlorine, sunscreen, salt and tanning product can dammage fabric and cause discoloration and fading.
• Beware of rough surface and hot tub to avoid pilling and deterioration of fabric. The mesh used for this swimwear it is a delicate fabric so please be really carefull with it.
• Hang or lay your pieces flat on a clean surface in the shade immediately after rinsing.
•  hang or line dry inside. Sun is fun but prolonged UV exposure can cause fabric to deteriorate and fade
•  DO NOT put your swimwear in the dryer or washing machine as this can damage.
• Ensure your swimwear is completely dry before storing it away
• Please be mindful that exposure to sun cream, tanning lotion, and excessive chlorine may damage or discolour your swimwear
• Avoid rough surfaces to prevent pulling and snagging
• Hot tubs & chlorinated pools can affect our kinis, please avoid them if your treasure yours!
• We love to add a teaspoon of salt when washing to maintain color vibrancy.

Our processing time is 1 to 5 business days for standard shipments and 1 to 2 business days for express orders. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Since all jewelry is handmade, processing may take a little longer. However, please note that during sales events and holidays, processing times may be extended.

Delivery Timeframes

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery times are:
• Quebec: 1 to 3 business days
• Ontario & New Brunswick: 3 to 6 business days
• Other provinces and regions: 4 to 12 business days

If you aren't happy with your products we will take them back within the first 14 days. Please contact us at info@kokonut.ca and we will explain to you the steps to send it back.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:
• Earrings, due to hygiene reasons (All our earrings are hypoallergenic.)
• Items purchased during our TikTok lives. (For swimwear only, exchanges are accepted.)
• Permanent jewelry, as these items are custom-cut to your size and are worn directly upon purchase.
• Items with a discount of 21% or more, which can only be exchanged for a gift card. (The discount from promo codes is added to the per-product discount. If the total discount exceeds 20%, the item is considered final sale.)
• Final Sale items, which are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
• Mystery products or free gifts, which are non-returnable.
• Items created with the “Custom Charm Bar”, as they are handmade based on your personal selections (chains cut to your size and elements positioned according to your preferences).
