Return Policy
    •    You must keep proof of shipment with a tracking number. A photo of the package should also be retained.
    •    Any return containing worn or damaged jewelry or swimwear will be automatically refused, and the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
    •    Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable, as well as the original shipping costs of the order.
    •    Once your return is approved, you have 7 days to send the item back to us.

Any item damaged after being worn or broken during shipping will only be eligible for an exchange.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:
    •    Earrings, due to hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code. (All our earrings are hypoallergenic.)
    •    Items purchased during our TikTok lives. (For swimwear only, exchanges are accepted.)
    •    Permanent jewelry, as these items are custom-cut to your size and are worn directly upon purchase.
    •    Items with a discount of 21% or more, which can only be exchanged for a gift card. (The discount from promo codes is added to the per-product discount. If the total discount exceeds 20%, the item is considered final sale.)
    •    Final Sale items, which are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
    •    Mystery products or free gifts, which are non-returnable.
    •    Items created with the “Custom Charm Bar”, as they are handmade based on your personal selections (chains cut to your size and elements positioned according to your preferences).
    •    Items purchased at our pop-up events.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy

Conditions for a Refund or Exchange

To request a refund or exchange, you must:
    1.    Send an email to kokonutofficial@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
    2.    Provide your name, the name of the item you wish to return or exchange, your order number, and the reason for the return.
    3.    Wait for approval from our team before sending the item back. Any unapproved return will be refused.
    4.    Return the product new, unworn, and in its original packaging.

If you received a damaged item, please attach a photo to your email. We will assess the situation and inform you if the item qualifies for an exchange.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen returned packages. If the return request is made outside of the allowed timeframe, we will not be able to process a refund, even if we receive the returned item.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
