Jewelry Warranty

We are confident in the quality and durability of our jewelry. That’s why we offer a 6-month warranty on the gold and silver color starting from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:
    •    Loss or theft of the item
    •    Damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive impact
    •    Scratches resulting from normal wear and tear
    •    Incorrect use or improper storage
    •    Broken chains
    •    Discoloration of painted colors (other than gold and silver)
    •    Loss of stones, diamonds, or real shell pieces on a pendant

If your item has a defect within 6 months of purchase, please contact us to verify your eligibility for store credit.

Permanent Jewelry

Our permanent jewelry is also covered by a 6-month warranty. After this period, if the weld breaks, a $15 repair fee will be charged.
