Our processing time is 1 to 5 business days for standard shipments and 1 to 2 business days for express orders. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery Timeframes
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery times are:

• Other provinces and regions: 4 to 12 business days
Invalid Address or Returned Package
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address, your order will be either:
• Refunded, but excluding shipping fees.
• Reshipped to the correct address, but you will need to pay for the shipping fees again.
